We collect your email address and name when you create an account. We also store the email templates, folders, and settings you create within the app. We do not collect any data from your device's contacts, camera, microphone, or location.

Your data is used solely to provide and improve the SidePad service — including syncing your templates across devices, powering the AI Writing Assistant, and sending you transactional emails (e.g., account verification). We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with industry-standard encryption. Access to your data is restricted to authenticated sessions only. We employ regular security reviews and follow best practices to protect your information.

SidePad uses third-party infrastructure providers (including cloud hosting and AI model providers) to operate the service. These providers process data only as necessary to deliver the service and are bound by data protection agreements. We use Stripe for payment processing — your payment card details are never stored on our servers.

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request complete deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting support@sidepad.me. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

SidePad is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
